Just something I stumbled across on the Washington Post website. There’s an article about this art project called One & Other on the Post site which does an excellent job of summing up the coolness of this project, and the provocativeness, too. Basically, there’s a tower in the middle of Trafalgar Square (it’s called in plinth), and any random person can sign up to spend one hour on the plinth doing whatever they damn well please. Hilarity ensues.

Be warned. The website for this project, which includes a live stream of what’s happening at the plinth right this very instant, as well as a “Best Of” section, is a major time-suck.
